Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We send all orders by the United States Postal Service or UPS. The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States and internationally are Standard, Priority, and Domestic Overnight. We normally ship the items in one to two business days. The shipping time in the United States will be 3 to 7 days. Upon your request, we can ship with other carriers. If there are extra costs, we will let you know. Express orders placed by 3 PM EST will ship on the same business day. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping time to countries outside the United States varies. It normally takes 10 to 20 business days. Tracking numbers are not available for orders outside the United States.

Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours.When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Payment Methods

On-line orders can be paid by credit card, debit card and PayPal. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept most bank VISA or MasterCard debit cards. 

Orders sent via mail can be paid by credit card, cashier's check or money order.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that a product you ordered is unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Kathmandu Boutique wants you to be happy with your purchase. You can return or exchange your product order by the following policies.

United States

If any product is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately. And if in any other way you are dissatisfied with the singing bowls, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of accepting delivery. We will refund the purchase price. We do not refund the shipping price on returned products or orders that qualified for free shipping. For those items qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping cost if you return the items.

Countries Outside United States

If you are dissatisfied with your product, you can return the item within 5 days of accepting delivery. We will refund you the purchase price, but not the shipping.
